One of my favorite things is personal development. I think a key part of feeling good and happy about yourself – in mind, body, skin, and style – is continuously trying to improve yourself. I love this infographic from this transformational life coach. There are certain behaviors and choices we make, day in and day out, that determine what kind of life we will live.
Here are my 3 favorites from this list:
Taking the time to plan – This is so, so important to me. I think it’s crucial that we make time for ourselves and evaluate what we want and then make a plan to achieve it. If we don’t have a plan, we won’t be able to build the future that we want.
Wear “solution eyes” – I’m always looking for solutions. If something doesn’t work, I find a way to fix it or move on to a better way of doing things. I try not to get stuck on anything and remain fluid in what I want from life.
Practice gratitude – I’m always saying thank you for everything in my life! When we cultivate an attitude of gratitude, we approach everything in our life from a good, positive place. And that radiates!
