In this post, I want to share that there’s a huge difference between getting dressed and dressing. They take the same time to do but the finished product is much different.
It takes the same time but has two different outcomes UNLESS you pre-plan just a teeny tiny bit beforehand.
Even if you don’t pair a week’s worth of outfits at once you can make the instant outfit formula work for you. When your closet is organized and you grab for an outfit for the day just start with a piece that you really want to wear and build around it until you have a whole outfit. It’s really no different than you grabbing your favorite leggings and sweatshirt to wear again. You just grab your favorite jeans and a top that suits what you have on your agenda today not necessarily your mood 🙂

Challenge yourself to grab a new outfit (different top/bottom/completer combination) each day this week avoiding your favorite leggings and sweatshirt 🙂 Watch your time and see if it takes you any longer than the way you did it before. Take a pic each day and save them in a separate folder on your phone. This way you never forget what you threw on and you can refer back to pics when you’re looking for something new to wear.
