Having a good outfit to workout in is key for feeling your best. Nobody feels good in an oversized tee shirt and stretched out yoga pants in public; especially when you’re sweating and makeup free. So stay chic while you’re putting in the work. A bright pair of trainers makes it easy to build outfits around. Just add bright solid shirts that match, pair it with black or Print bottoms and you’re good to go! Don’t be afraid to add a denim jacket to your workout outfit. You won’t wear it while you train but it’s great for to and from, especially if you have errands to run.

How to Wear It All Year:
If it’s hot and you don’t need the jacket, don’t take it; just make sure that you have some shades with you.

Perfect for the gym or an outdoor run, bike or hike. Full length workout pants make this plenty warm for outdoors but not too warm for an indoor workout.

Don’ rub your hair dry with a towel. Pat it dry or wrap it for a few minutes, then take it down before it gets to dry. You want to comb it when it’s still pretty wet, but not dripping.
