Have you ever struggled with the question, “What should I eat?” For many of us, food is an area of life that’s saddled with stress, angst and guilt. Which makes a lot of sense.
Never before have we been bombarded with so many choices and so much conflicting information about what’s good to eat and what’s not. Never mind the time and money constraints we battle on a daily basis, and how those forces impact what and how we eat.
But here’s the thing.
Your answer to the “What should I eat?” question should not be taken lightly. In fact, your answer — and the consequences that spring forth from it — have a penetrating and pervasive impact on virtually every aspect of your life.
Because as you’re about to learn, the single biggest input you have on your health, by far, is what you eat. And without your health, what else do you have?
