EAT HEALTHY IN 2013
Every year millions of people make a promises to themselves that many only keep for a few months. One of the most popular promises heard year after year is the promise to lose weight. I have discovered this is one of the hardest to keep because if you are anything like me you love food. Working out is the easy part for me, the hard part is finding healthy food that allows me to still get everything thing I like to eat. In this post I have compiled some great recipes for everything including appetizers, snacks, main courses and desserts. Don’t be afraid to share some of your favorite healthy or low-cal recipes.
